JM Fab Top Mount Exhaust Manifold: Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 #26453

This 3" O2 housing is designed to work with the Garrett 4-bolt outlet turbine housing.  Made completely from 304 stainless steel! The flanges are CNC machined from ½” material and are surfaced after welding for a leak free seal.  Slight modifications to your existing downpipe will need to be made, it will vary based on the exhaust manifold being used.  Comes with a V-Band clamp and flange to weld onto your exisiting downpipe.

So you want to run a giant turbo on your GVR4? Then we have exactly what you need to make that possible! Here is our GVR4 top mounted turbo, tubular exhaust manifold. Made from thick walled 304 stainless steel tubing. Featuring multi-pass TIG welded joints and CNC machined 1/2" thick 304 stainless steel flanges. The ports are gasket matched and smoothed to perfection for the best of flow and each flange is surfaced for a leak free seal.

With this manifold on a GVR4 you will still be able to keep your power steering and a full size radiator, however your fans will need to be relocated. We highly recommend removing the AC system and using a 1G radiator which is shorter and will tuck under the radiator support nicer allowing for more clearance.  Due to the lack of room in the GVR4 engine bay the largest compressor housing that will fit is an S-Cover and you will only be able to run a 3" or smaller downpipe.  Since space is very restricted a downpipe and dumptube(s) will need to be custom fabricated for your application.

Downpipe and wastegate dump tubes are NOT included but can be custom made to your spec, please contact us for pricing.  If you choose the divided T3 or divided T4 flange option you will need to run 2 wastegates.
