The JMF "RACE" version intake manifold is for the daily driven weekend race warriors who want the best of both worlds, more HP without sacrificing a lot of spool and streetability. With over 10 years of proven results, our budget friendly "RACE" version intake manifold is the best bang for you buck. Our latest revision introduces a CNC machined billet runner section that bolts to the plenum for modular functionality. Expected gains can be anywhere from 10-45 HP based on your setup and tuning.

Our manifolds are designed for DSM's with eliminated EGR. Some modifications to your coil pack mounts and upper intercooler pipes may be needed as this manifold sits down a lot lower than stock. If using the Accufab and other aftermarket throttle bodies please note that the throttle cable and TPS sensors may need modifying. If you need additional vacuum ports our Vacuum Distribution Block is a great option for up to 6 more ports.
S90 Throttle Body:
Designed by S90, These series of direct bolt-on throttle body are precicion CNC - machined from AL6061 - T6 billet aluminium and hard anodized for increased durability. The throttle shaft and blade assembly are made from AL7075-T6 seprately to increase horsepower and torque by optimizing airflow to your engine.
With a Larger Oversized Throttle Body, you can supply as much Air as the Intake Manifold demands. Whether you have a set of Aftermarket Cams, Supercharger, Nitrous or Turbo, Oversize Throttle Bodies will deliver More Horsepower!
Oversize Throttle Bodies work well with Fuel and Air Upgrades. Use of a High Flow Air Intake is required, as the opening is larger than the Stock Intake Piping. Match Porting your Intake Manifold will help Maximum the Larger Throttle Body Diameter.
DSM throttle body production date 03/1989 - 06/1990: Requires 91'+ TPS Sensor/connector rewire and FIAV blockoff plate.
