The Extreme PSI Timing Belt Tool kit comes with our 3 most popular timing belt components for the 4G63T (1g & 2g DSM's + Evo 1-9)

Kit Includes:
1x - Timing Belt Tensioner Tool
These are 4140 cr-mo pre-hard material. We heat treated the tips so they don't wear out after repeated use. A little anti-seize on the threads will prevent thread galling.

1x - Fixed Cam Gear Positioning Tool
This tool will allow you to accurately fix the cam gears in position while installing your timing belt. No more using zip ties, vice grips, C-clamps, clothes pins, etc. when turning the exhaust side gear to align the marks. For use on any 4g63 equipped DSM and EVO.

1x - Preload Eccentric Pulley Tool
This tool will allow you to accurately apply the correct preload to the eccentric timing belt tensioner pulley with the engine mounted in the vehicle. This tool has a hex boss to accept your 8mm socket. For use on any 4g63 equipped vehicle as well as the Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth. Mitsubishi OEM tool # MD998767 equivalent.

The cam holding tool needs to be hammered between the cam gears on the 4g63 motor. Otherwise everything was perfect

Everything came in 20 hours to my house take note I live in Washington state no one beats there shipping for the price. Very impressed with the tool what used to be a 2 man job (someone holding the swivel arm down while the other was putting tension with the tensioner pulley) turned in to a 1 man job. Also went above and beyond I asked for some stickers as a joke and they actually sent me some gonna put one on my welding hood and one on the car big thanks to crew at extremepsi.😎
