V3Lite is a version of our popular V3 tuning and logging tool with a slightly
more basic feature set. You can still dial in your injectors, adjust fuel and
timing tables, set your launch limit, run no-lift-to-shift, dial in your
throttle position sensor, run anti-lag off the line or between shifts, and even
run full time speed density plus a lot more! So it's still packed with features, including our greatly enhanced logging
system. It's just lacking some of the "extra" features of the full package (like
customized output controls, 10,000 RPM limits, GM MAF integration, etc.). You can get a more complete "picture" of what V3Lite includes off our V3Lite Screenshotspage. You can get a feature comparison table on our product comparison page. EVO1-3 ECU MOD: Please note that in
addition to the typical socket work every EPROM ECU needs in order to use
aftermarket code, the early EVO1-3 ECUs require an additional jumper mod. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:: A listing of the basic
system requirements can be found on our System Requirements
page. ORDERING PROCESS: SOCKET SERVICE: Check to see if your ECU
needs to be socketed. Our socket service pagee page has details on how to check. If you need to send us
your EPROM ECU to be socketed, then be sure to select the Socket EPROM ECU
optionbbelow as your MAF Type and then simply configure the ECU yourself when you get
it installed in your car. Instructions on configuring speed density can be found
on our SD Setup page.
To keep the order form from getting any more complicated, we have chosen to
leave speed density off the list because that selection requires even more
information (which MAP sensor you have installed and on which ECU input,
which varies depending on ECU, etc.) CONTENTS: Regardless of which package is appropriate for you, each package shipped out
of here will include a ECMLink cable to connect your laptop to the diagnostic
port in your car as well as a CD with the ECMLink program on it and
documentation on the CD in PDF format. As mentioned above, if you require
socketing service, we'll also include your original factory EPROM, unmodified,
in a separate box appropriate for storage. All of this will come bundled in a
high quality, electrostatic protective box. FEATURE OVERVIEW: VV3Lite is a more basic (but cheaper) version of our standard package.
However, it's still fully capable of doing all the basic engine management
you need to get started. You can get more details on what's included in each
version off our production comparison pageV3Lite includes our enhanced logging system. You can expect to see 1000+ synchronized samples per second from the factory ECU!
We've been doing this stuff on Mitsubishi ECUs for over 10 years. We
know how to make it work and work right. It also includes our high
quality, fully opto-isolated USB datalogging cable You also get: And last, but not least, we've decided to add a version of our Speed Density's solution!! This allows for adjustments up to 8000 RPM and
about 26psi of boost. You can still run beyond 8000 RPM and you can run more
than 26psi of boost. You simply don't have adjustment points beyond those
limits. You can get details on the theory behind speed density on this page and details on how to configure your car for SD off this page.
